ICE USA, the International Converting Exhibition, is partnering with 3M to host its Engineering and Manufacturing Technology Chapter (EMTC) at the show in Orlando, FL April 25-27, 2017. ICE USA 2017, marking its fourth edition in the Americas, has become an important meeting place for companies to host divisional or special interest group meetings, conduct internal training, or hold hospitality events for their customers or team. To help accommodate this need, show management has launched a VIP Program offering additional services and benefits for companies bringing more than 15 people to the show, like 3M.

The ICE USA show VIP Program features include:

• Concierge Service Registration – An ICE USA concierge will register all of a company’s attendees on their behalf at no additional fee.
• VIP Badge Pick-Up –VIPs will have their own fast line for badge pick-up on site.
• Access to the VIP Lounge – The show floor lounge will offer beverages and snacks, free Wi-Fi, printers, tables and chairs for meeting or just relaxing, as well as the ability to schedule private meetings in the VIP lounge meeting room.
• Private Meeting Rooms – An ICE USA concierge will help VIP companies book a private room at the show for meetings, training or a company hospitality event.
